Description:

Apartment with a private balcony, spacious bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with hotplates, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker / tea pot. Apartment is also equipped with TV and free wireless internet. There is room for max. 4 people in the apartment with a double bed (180x200cm.) And a sofa bed. If you want more space for family or friends, then it is possible to combine this apartment with one or two additional bedrooms, no. 2 and no. 3. It is not possible to purchase breakfast. The bakery is just around the corner and sell buttered rolls. A TV and free Wi-Fi and coffee / tea provided on arrival. Normal consumption of electricity, water and heating is included. Final cleaning is also included. The tenant are responsible for washing dishes, cleaning the stove / oven, microwave, fridge / freezer.

Information

Arrival at 13:00. Later arrival will have to be agreed latest the day before. Latest departure. 11:00 Bed linen and towels has to be brought - or can be rented for 50 kr. Per. pers.

Booking / Payment Terms

1 rate which is 25% of the rent is due upon reservation (not refundable if canceled.) 2 installment balance of the rent is due on arrival / key delivery. By bank transfer of the rent paid all costs / fee of bearings. Cash payment in Dkr or Euro (debit and check cards not accepted) Bearings pre-pay an agreed deposit advance payment for electricity / water consumption on arrival. If canceled later than 3 days prior to arrival, the owner reserves the right to charge the full rent if it fails to re-let to other guests.
