Description:
The room rented as extra room for 'Apartment m. Balcony (no. 4)'. Double room on the first floor with two single beds (80x200cm.), A desk with chair and a small table and one chair. Complimentary wireless Internet. Bed linen and towels are brought - or can be rented for 50,00kr per. set.
Normal consumption of electricity, water and heating is included. Final cleaning is also included.

Booking / Payment Terms
1 rate which is 25% of the rent is due upon reservation (not refundable if canceled.) 2 installment balance of the rent is due on arrival / key delivery. By bank transfer of the rent paid all costs / fee of bearings.
Cash payment in Dkr or Euro (debit and check cards not accepted) Bearings pre-pay an agreed deposit advance payment for electricity / water consumption on arrival.
If canceled later than 3 days prior to arrival, the owner reserves the right to charge the full rent if it fails to re-let to other guests.
